Obituary of Jerry Stanfield

Age 48, of Clio died Tuesday, July 15, 2014, at his home surrounded by family. The funeral service will take place at 1:00 pm on Friday, July 18, 2014, at Martin Funeral, Cremation & Tribute Services in Mt. Morris, Rev. Clinton Peters will be officiating with burial to follow at Pine Grove Cemetery. Family will receive friends at the funeral home on Thursday, July 17, 2014, from 1:00 pm until 8:00 pm then on Friday from 11:00 am until the time of service at 1:00 pm. Memorial contributions may be directed to the family. Envelopes will be available at the Funeral Home.
Jerry was born May 29, 1966, in Flint, Michigan, the son of Jerry and Julienne (Bacon) Stanfield. He graduated from Clio High School in 1984. He worked as a painter for 10 years. In his free time he enjoyed hunting, fishing, riding his Harley and spending time with family and friends.
Left to cherish his memory are parents, Jerry and Julienne Stanfield; girlfriend, Joellen and her daughter, Mackenzie; many aunts; uncles; cousins and friends.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents.
