Greg "Papa Bear" Stamm

Age 61 of Lennon, passed away October 1, 2025, at McLaren-Flint. In accordance with Greg’s wishes, cremation has taken place. There are no further services at this time. Expression of sympathy may be placed on Greg’s tribute page on martinfuneralhome.com.

Greg was born in Flint, on December 31, 1963; he is the son of Mr. & Mrs. Lloyd and Vivian (Knoll) Stamm. Educated locally, Greg graduated from Flushing High School with the class of 1983. He was the owner & operator of Stamm’s Tree Service in Lennon. In his free time, Greg loved spending time with his family and friends, especially his grandchildren. He also enjoyed woodworking, building furniture, playing blues on the guitar, traveling to Florida, and taking care of his dogs: Luna and Sophie.

Left to cherish his memory are his children: Tommy Stamm, Nicole and husband, Marc Barrera; five grandchildren: Sadie, Emma, Ian, Charles, Gabrial; two siblings: Patricia Clontz and Jeffrey Stamm; aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.

Greg was preceded in death by his parents.
