James Fulcher

James Clarence Fulcher, age 85, of Clio, Michigan, died Saturday, February 27, 2016, at Maple Woods Manor in Clio. A funeral service will take place at 1 o’clock pm, on Thursday, March 3, 2016, at Collins-McKee-Stone Funeral Home, 109 Broad Street, Martinsville, VA 24112. Burial to follow in Mountain View Cemetery in Ridgeway, Virginia. There will be a visitation on Thursday from 12 o’clock noon until time of service at 1 o’clock. James was born November 28, 1930, in Patrick County, Virginia, the son of Hatcher and Julia (Trent) Fulcher. He worked 41 ½ years at General Motors, Ternstedt Plant as a Millwright, retiring in 1995. Left to cherish his memory are his wife, Gladys (Goins); two sons: Gary and Mark; daughter-in-law, Doreen; four grandchildren: Danielle, Zachary, Tyler, and Shane; sister, Lillie Mae, and husband Floyd Wiggington; brother, Billy Joe and wife, Linda Fulcher; and many nieces and nephews. He was preced in death by his parents, and brothers, Troy and Jessie “JB”.
