Kelsie was a beautiful girl with a beautiful soul and smile. She impacted the lives of many people and had a way of making people laugh when they needed it. She cared greatly for others and will be missed dearly by all her family and friends. Kelsie will forever be in our thoughts, hearts, and souls. We love you mosty mosty most and always will.
