Loretta Rose

Loretta Rose, age 54, of Flint, died Friday, March 4, 2016, at Heritage Manor Nursing Home. The funeral service will take place 10:00 am, Tuesday, March 8, 2016, at the Martin Funeral, Cremation & Tribute Services in Genesee Twp. with burial to follow at Woodlawn Memorial Cemetery in Clio. Loretta’s family will be present at the funeral home to receive friends on Monday, from 2:00 pm until 6:00 pm. Those desiring may consider memorial contributions to Heritage Manor Nursing Home. Envelopes are available at the funeral home. Loretta was born November 25, 1961, in Flint, the daughter of Mr. & Mrs. Gordon and Lillis (Oswald) Rose. Loretta enjoyed having a good time with her family and friends, playing cards and BINGO. Left to cherish her memory, son James and wife Cindy Rose; four grandchildren: Vanessa, David, James, Jr., and Michael; two great-grandchildren; three uncles: David and wife, Judy Rose, Danny Oswald and Wayne Oswald; two aunts: Reah and husband, Larry Nemeth, and Carolyn Gotts; and longtime special friend, Randy Allen; and many other family members and friends. Loretta was preceded in death by her grandparents, mother Lillis and her brother Gorden.
