Matthew was born on July 31, 1982, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, he is the son of Mr. Michael P. Lappe and Mrs. Lisa Spinelli.
Left to cherish his memory are his mother, Lisa; several nieces; nephews; and cousins.
