Age 75, of Vassar, died Sunday, January 1, 2017, at Covenant Healthcare in Saginaw. In Accordance to Paul’s wishes cremation has taken place and no services have been announced at this time. Mr. Stokes was born September 9, 1941 in Kinston, North Carolina to the late Mr. and Mrs. Fred and Margaret (Witherington) Stokes. He was an Accounting professor for East Carolina University. Left to cherish his memory is his nephew, Harold McLaughlin. He was preceded in death by his parents
