Phyllis Jean Rowe, age 76, of Mt Morris, died Sunday, March 25, 2018, at her home. In accordance with Phyllis’ wishes, cremation has taken place. There are no further services scheduled at this time. Phyllis was born October 7, 1941, in Pikeville, Kentucky, she is the daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Otis and Eileen (Davis) Rowe. Left to cherish her memory, son, Michael and wife, Tiffany Rowe; one sister; two brothers; and many grandchildren.
