Tomala Ann Menix

Age 46, passed away on Monday, April 22, 2024, with her family by her side. A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, May 11, 2024, at 2:00pm at Jack N. Abernathy Park, 402 Dayton St. Davison, MI 48423-Lion’s Club Pavilion. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be considered to a charity of one’s choice. Tomala was born in Flint on December 7, 1977, to Mr. and Mrs. Florence Green and Philip Menix. She loved spending time with her family, friends, and her two daughters, Breanna and Alisha, whom she called her angels.

Left to cherish Tomala’s memory are her daughters: Breanna (Zachary) Clark and Alisha VanBuskirk; three grandchildren, Braxton Yelinek, Ava Grace Yelinek, and Rayne Clark; father and stepmother, Philip and Joellen Menix; stepfather, Dale Green; grandmother, Dorothy Green; fiancé, Benjamin Lisenbee; sisters, Crystal (Roy) Mater and Tracy (Tim) Henry; brothers, Rocky (Tonya) Menix, Darrin Menix and Barry Menix; many nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews and other loving family and friends.

Tomala was preceded in death by her mother, Florence Green; her brother, Brent

Menix; her grandparents, and many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
