Truman Eugene Hamacher, II

Truman Eugene “Hammer” Hamacher II, was born on February 22, 1954, passed away peacefully at home with his loving wife on March 22, 2024. There will be a gathering of remembrance in honor of Hammer on Saturday, March 30, 2024, beginning at 2:00 pm at the Oasis Restaurant & Bar located at 11844 Saginaw St., Mt. Morris, MI. Hammer retired from Buick City GM and served 4 years in the United States Army.

Hammer is survived by his loving wife of 23 years, Lesia Faye Hamacher; daughters: Tanya (Jody) Lorincz, Samantha (Kevin) Boulis; stepson, Randy Price from Bluefield, West Virginia; five grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; one brother; three sisters; two sisters-in-law and two brothers-in-law from Bluefield, West Virginia; several nieces, nephews, and friends.

Hammer was preceded in death by his parents: Truman and Isabelle Hamacher; son, Kennith, and his sister, Denise.
